Counsellor in training program

Since 1999 we have been training young people who want to dedicate part of their time to working as monitors in camps, extracurricular activities and free time. Many of our former campers are now trained in our Official Free Time Monitor school, becoming the monitors of our programs. All of them are evaluated and chosen for their pedagogical vocation and their sports, artistic or knowledge of nature skills. In addition to obtaining a degree that will add prestige to their CV, young people gain responsibility and useful life skills. It is also an opportunity to develop, in the future, a very grateful job that is compatible with student life. The school allows us to get to know our teams in depth.
